- Salary: £29,000 Base Salary + performance bonuses yielding a realistic £40,000 OTE.
- Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday) | 08:00 – 13:00 Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rotation.

What you will be doing:
- Customer Care: Serving as the primary connection between our premium clientele and workshop technicians regarding repair progress, maintenance, and service plans.
- Workflow Coordination: Seamlessly scheduling MOTs and service appointments while managing the allocation of our courtesy vehicle fleet.
- Administration & Growth: Ensuring customer files and technical job cards are thoroughly detailed, handling invoicing, and identifying natural vehicle upgrade opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Handling customer concerns promptly and empathetically to uphold our outstanding local reputation.
Requirements
Exceptional communication skills and a valid, full UK Driving Licence are essential. A background in a franchised dealership or a high-end customer service environment is helpful but not essential.
Commutable Locations: Based in Brighton, making it an easy commute from Worthing, Hove, Eastbourne, and Lewes.
