What you will be doing:
- Customer Service: Answering incoming phone calls, handling inquiries, and booking vehicles into the workshop diary.
- Invoicing & Admin: Managing day-to-day office duties, generating customer invoices, and processing payments.
- Accounting Support: Managing financial data, tracking expenses, and assisting with bookkeeping using Xero software.
- Team Liaison: Acting as the link between our workshop technicians and customers to provide clear updates on vehicle repairs and MOTs.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or customer-facing experience is required.
- Knowledge of accounting tools like Xero is highly advantageous.
