- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (tailored to technical experience) | £35,000 – £45,000 overall package
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Guaranteed weekday stability with optional weekend overtime to boost earnings)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our highly respected team in Bridgend. You will perform routine inspections, vehicle servicing, general repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting, and maintain high standards to consistently achieve "first-time fix" results.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent proven track record as a Technician or Mechanic)
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
- Active MOT Tester licence is preferred, but not essential
- F-Gas certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving mindset
