What you will be doing:
- International Accounts: Use your fluent English and German/Dutch to manage trade accounts.
- Telesales: Handle outbound calls, prospecting, and cold acquisitions with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Order Management: Answer inquiries via phone/email, make estimates, handle invoicing, and process payments.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain close contact with workshops, service advisors, and inventory control.
- Events: Reach out to clients with special promotions and occasionally attend hosted car shows.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in parts sales (deal breaker) and 1+ years in general sales. Automotive industry experience is essential (Porsche background preferred).
- Languages: Fluent English, plus fluent German or Dutch (required).
- Skills: Strong technical understanding of motor vehicles, great phone voice, and highly organized.
- License: Full, valid, and clean driver's license.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in person in the Hutton/Brentwood area, making it an easy commute from Romford, Basildon, Chelmsford, and Billericay.
