Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 basic per annum + realistic £36,000 OTE (Performance Bonus Structure)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8 - 5:30pm | Saturdays on a rota

Role Overview
Seeking a motivated Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Liaison to join our busy West London dealership team. You will act as the vital link between our luxury vehicle customers and the workshop team—informing and consulting on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage, and giving expert advice on products and services.
Requirements
- No direct automotive experience necessary—a strong willingness to learn and progress is what matters most!
- Background in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to build genuine rapport and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Kerridge/DMS systems is advantageous, but full training is provided.

- Base: Brentford (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by major West London routes (A40, A4, M4, and M25), offering quick commutes across Greater London and the Home Counties.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via nearby London Underground and TfL Overground stations, as well as extensive local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Brentford, Chiswick, Ealing, Hounslow, Richmond, Hammersmith, and Shepherd's Bush.
