The Package
- Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 per year basic + Lucrative Bonus Scheme

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work alongside a highly skilled team across an exceptionally prestigious lineup of German customer cars. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, oil changes, manufacturer‑scheduled maintenance, and foundational mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, and steering components).
- Developing your diagnostic skills by assisting senior technicians with complex vehicle faults using cutting‑edge, genuine dealer‑level diagnostic equipment.
- Performing comprehensive multi‑point health checks to provide customers with the highest level of assurance.
- Maintaining precise electronic records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service and parts team regarding timelines.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of 10 dedicated staff members to learn premium workmanship standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of proven workshop experience confident on the tools with strong foundational mechanical know‑how.
- Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid preparation work, and basic vehicle inspections.
