The Rewards

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our busy Bracknell workshop, you will:
- Perform all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance, covering routine vehicle servicing, oil changes, and comprehensive brake checks.
- Conduct complex mechanical repairs, including cambelts, clutches, steering systems, and timing belts or chains.
- Use diagnostic tools to efficiently troubleshoot issues, isolate electrical and mechanical faults, and replace worn parts.
- Ensure all vehicles meet strict safety and manufacturer standards while maintaining exceptionally clean and organized workspaces.
What You Need
- Qualifications: Must be fully qualified with an industry-recognized Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a professional garage or workshop environment.
- Key Strengths: Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work completely independently and efficiently on varied repairs.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is required. Holding an active MOT Tester licence is highly advantageous but not essential.
