What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + OTE Bonus Opportunities
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy fantastic work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays finishing early at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers enthusiastically, handling service bookings, and keeping communication fluid between clients and technicians.
- Explaining completed health checks clearly, outlining recommended repairs, and guiding clients through their options smoothly.
- Presenting additional service packages, upkeep options, and official accessories to help meet group targets.
- Overseeing end to end administration including invoicing, key collection, and payment processing.
- Consistently achieving top level customer satisfaction scores through attentive, honest service.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Bournemouth, making it an easy commute from Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, and Wimborne.
