What you will be doing:
- As our Senior Vehicle Technician and technical lead, you will take pride in delivering a clean, organized, "right first time" approach:
- Conducting detailed RAC inspections to the highest national standards on high-spec, low-mileage 4x4s and prestige vehicles.
- Resolving complex electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic platforms.
- Precision repair, servicing, and replacement of major mechanical components.
What we need from you:
- An NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent qualification is essential).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a fully qualified Car Mechanic or Technician.
- Strong modern diagnostic skills (prestige, commercial, or 4x4 experience is a major plus).
- A valid, full UK Driving Licence.
Commutable Locations: Based in Poole, our workshop is a quick, easy commute for technicians driving in from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Wareham, or Blandford Forum.
