What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and comprehensive multi-point health checks.
- Utilising modern diagnostic software to accurately map, trace, and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Handling core mechanical repairs, including timing chains/belts, brakes, clutches, suspension setups, and steering geometry.
- Conducting detailed MOT preparation and completing high-standard repairs on failed items to full safety compliance.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop bay.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Experience: Proven, professional hands-on experience inside an independent garage, fast-fit centre, or main dealership.
- Mindset: A reliable, quality-focused professional with a logical diagnostic approach and pride in clean workmanship.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
