- Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus

What you will be doing:
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner and booking vehicles into the workshop.
- Liaising with the technical team to track vehicle progress and ensuring customer handover occurs at the promised time.
- Handling high volumes of customer telephone inquiries, setting up onward travel arrangements, and keeping clients updated.
- Providing transparent guidance on required repairs while maintaining thorough product and brand expertise.
- Requirements: Previous experience in a busy automotive Service Advisor role, strong IT literacy, and excellent phone communication skills are essential.

This role is based in Bognor Regis, making it an easy commute from Chichester, Littlehampton, Arundel, and Worthing.
