What You'll Be Doing

  • Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out routine servicing and general vehicle maintenance.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Completing brake, clutch, suspension, exhaust and other mechanical repairs.
  • Diagnostics: Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults.
  • Quality & Safety: Completing inspections and ensuring all work meets high workshop and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and confident fault-finding ability.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
  • Own tools preferred.
  • MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential.
