The Package
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across a massive, ever‑changing fleet of stock to ensure every vehicle is prepared and maintained to showroom safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using advanced, up‑to‑date diagnostic systems.
- Performing comprehensive multi‑point safety inspections and vehicle health checks on a diverse range of fresh arrivals.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service and prep team regarding parts and repair timelines.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of technicians to minimize vehicle turnaround times.
What We Are Looking For
- A qualified Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid prep work, and diagnostic analysis.
- A proactive team player with excellent time‑management skills and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle makes, models, and body styles.
