Managing a high-capacity facility with more than 200 retail cars in stock, this business handles everything from routine servicing and prep work to complex diagnostics on standard, prestige, and high-performance models. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough multi-point safety inspections, servicing, and mechanical repairs across a constantly updating stock inventory.
  • Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults using up-to-date diagnostic technology.
  • Execute pre-delivery prep and safety checks to ensure vehicles meet strict retail standards.
  • Keep accurate repair logs and maintain clear communication with the service and prep management team.
  • Partner with a supportive, high-performing workshop crew to maintain efficient vehicle turnaround times.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
  • Experience: Strong background in general vehicle servicing, rapid prep operations, and diagnostic fault-finding.
  • Versatility: Comfortable working across a wide variety of vehicle makes, models, and performance cars.
  • Attributes: Organized, efficient, quality-focused, and a reliable team player.
