Managing a high-capacity facility with over 200 retail cars in stock, this business handles everything from rapid PDI prep and routine servicing to complex electrical diagnostics on standard, prestige, and high-performance cars. They offer an experienced Vehicle Technician long-term job security, rapid variety, and a supportive, modern workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform multi-point safety inspections, full servicing, and mechanical repairs across a constantly updating vehicle inventory
- Execute pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and safety checks to ensure stock meets strict retail standards
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults using modern diagnostic suites
- Maintain accurate digital workshop logs and liaise effectively with service and prep managers
- Partner with a supportive, high-performing workshop crew to maintain fast vehicle turnarounds
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background)
- Experience: Strong background in general vehicle servicing, rapid prep operations, and diagnostic fault-finding
- Versatility: Experienced vehicle mechanic comfortable working across diverse makes, models, and performance cars
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
