What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, premium mechanical repairs, and comprehensive vehicle safety inspections strictly to elite brand standards.
- Utilizing advanced specialist diagnostic software to smoothly troubleshoot, isolate, and solve complex faults on modern vehicles.
- Working efficiently to meet well‑managed workshop productivity targets while maintaining a total focus on first‑time‑fix quality.
- Collaborating with factory‑trained workshop mentors and service advisors to deliver an exceptional, 5‑star customer experience.
- Ensuring flawless workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained across your bay.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
- Experience: Proven experience operating as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic inside a professional workshop or main dealer environment.
- Skills: Confident with routine vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repair, and fundamental electrical fault‑finding.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
