What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing & Repairs: Undertaking timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs across a diverse, modern vehicle line-up.
- Diagnostics & Road Testing: Utilizing latest diagnostic tech to isolate faults, executing Electronic & Video Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC), and carrying out diagnostic road tests.
- Quality Assurance: Delivering a "Right First Time" fix standard and identifying non-routine defects to maintain customer safety.
- Team & Customer Liaison: Working closely with the service desk and occasionally briefing customers on technical works completed.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent formal technical credential).
- Proven hands-on workshop experience with a strong work ethic, meticulous eye for detail, and first-time-fix mentality.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to continuously level up your diagnostic capabilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
