The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our busy aftersales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers seamlessly from their initial booking through to vehicle collection.
- Translating technical repair work and maintenance needs into clear, simple terms for vehicle owners.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell tailored products and services, such as service plans and accessories.
- Liaising closely with the workshop technicians to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Driving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through proactive communication.
