  • Salary: Β£40,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays 8:00am – 12:30pm (1 in 2 rotation)

What we are looking for:

  • Proven previous automotive management or workshop control experience within a garage environment.
  • Strong hands-on technical ability and diagnostic know-how to support technicians on complex jobs.
  • Exceptional communication, workflow organization, and team leadership skills.
  • A customer-first mindset aligned with high quality standards and garage integrity.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading, delegating, and managing daily workshop operations and workflow for a busy 11-person team.
  • Utilizing strong technical know-how to assist technicians with complex fault diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
  • Overseeing quality control across MOT repairs, clutches, gearboxes, timing belts, and wheel alignments across Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, and EV models.
  • Acting as a key technical bridge between workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations and timely job completion.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Beckenham, making it an easy commute from Bromley, Croydon, Sydenham, and Penge.
