Your Role
As a vital member of our Bath technical team, you will:
- Carry out specialist repairs, routine servicing, maintenance, and MOT inspections across premium specialist and performance vehicles.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and complex fault-finding using modern, high-spec diagnostic software and platforms.
- Maintain exceptional quality control and safety standards on every job to deliver clean "first-time fix" results.
- Work efficiently to keep the workshop flowing smoothly in a high-demand environment.
- Collaborate closely with an expert team of technicians during an exciting period of growth.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Proven experience with high-spec German platforms is a major advantage.
- F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
Licensing:
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
Equipment & Mindset:
- Must possess your own hand tools.
- High attention to detail, proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for precision automotive engineering.
