What is in it for you:
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Strong Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy great work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays finishing early at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:
- Greeting clients warmly, taking service bookings, and serving as the key link between customers and technicians.
- Explaining vehicle inspection results clearly, providing transparent costs for routine care and necessary repairs.
- Recommending additional service options, upkeep packages, and accessories to help meet target goals.
- Managing payment processing, invoicing, and paperwork to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience.
- Maintaining top level customer satisfaction scores through clear, polite, and honest communication.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Basingstoke, making it a quick commute from Reading, Andover, Newbury, and Hook.
