Role Overview
Seeking an organized and motivated Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Specialist to join our busy Basingstoke team. In this role, you will manage stock levels, assist internal technicians and external customers with parts identification, and ensure all parts requests are handled promptly and accurately to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Specialist within the motor industry.
- Solid IT skills and experience using electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills across face-to-face and telephone interactions.
- Ability to physically handle, lift, and organize vehicle parts and accessories safely.
- Organised, systematic approach with strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.

- Base: Basingstoke Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Conveniently situated near major transport corridors, including the M3 motorway, A339, and A30, allowing for quick commutes across Hampshire.
