Your Day-to-Day
- Carry out routine servicing, safety maintenance, and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of makes and models.
- Use modern diagnostic tools and workshop systems to efficiently track down, identify, and resolve complex technical faults.
- Maintain strict quality and safety procedures to ensure high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
- Work productively to complete repairs accurately, maximizing your own bonus potential while maintaining a smooth workshop flow.
- Take part in fully funded, ongoing technical training to stay at the absolute forefront of automotive technology.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent automotive qualification).
- The Experience: A proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Service Technician. Independent specialist experience is highly valued.
- The Basics: A full UK manual driving licence is essential (with a maximum of 6 points), along with your own hand tools.
- The Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and a reliable, proactive work ethic.
