What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnostics & Fault-Finding: Using modern diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Servicing & Repairs: Carrying out routine servicing, safety inspections, timing belts, clutches, suspension work, and brake overhauls across multi-brand vehicles.
  • PDIs & Sales Prep: Performing pre-delivery inspections and safety prep for our high-volume sales division.
  • Quality Control: Maintaining high "Right First Time" work standards in a pristine, well-equipped workshop environment.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio).
  • Proven hands-on workshop experience in an independent garage or dealership setting with strong diagnostic habits.
  • Reliable team player with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • A full UK driving licence.
