What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £38,000 (Uncapped performance bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break—No weekend shift rotation!)

What you will be doing:
- Welcome commercial and private customers in a friendly manner, establishing relationships and managing their vehicle's service or repair journey.
- Methodically discuss vehicle requirements and use your sales skills to seamlessly introduce additional products, services, and seasonal care options.
- Act as the vital link between our workshop technicians and the customer, providing thorough, clear updates regarding diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain exceptional organisation, ensuring accurate booking logs, invoicing, and parts coordination.
Requirements:
You must bring an infectious, friendly attitude, self-motivation, and a proven track record in customer service or automotive sales.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Ashford, Kent, making it an easy daily commute from Maidstone, Folkestone, Canterbury, and Sittingbourne.
