What you will be doing:
- Customer Relations: Welcoming clients in a friendly, professional manner, scheduling workshop bookings, and providing transparent updates on vehicle progress.
- Workshop Coordination: Generating electronic job cards, liaising closely with our technicians, and assisting with efficient daily job allocations.
- Office Administration: Managing detailed repair quotes, ordering required parts, processing invoices, and handling customer payments.
- Reception Management: Taking full ownership of the front-of-house environment to keep it clean, organized, and highly professional.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Receptionist within a garage or dealership environment is essential. You must have a solid grasp of standard vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures, alongside digital proficiency with garage management software.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Southbourne (Dorset), making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and New Milton.
