What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior Tech and hands-on leader, no two days will look the same:
- Deep Diagnostics: Tackling complex auto-electrical fault finding and diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Major Mechanical Work: Getting hands-on with timing belts/chains, engine overhauls, gearboxes, and heavy repairs.
- Servicing & Maintenance: Routine servicing and safety checks across a wide variety of exciting makes and models.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our service advisors to keep customers informed and happy.
- Quality Standards: Maintaining accurate digital records to high RAC standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: 5+ years in a busy workshop with solid diagnostic and electrical fault-finding confidence.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
- Bonus Points: An active MOT Tester Licence is a huge plus (but not a dealbreaker!).
