What Is In It For You?
- Salary: £15,000 basic salary + competitive uncapped commission structure / OTE
- Working Hours: - Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
- Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00 (Day off in lieu provided during the week)
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (Rotational shift pattern)

What You Will Be Doing
- Vehicle Sales: Selling new and approved used vehicles to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Care: Building rapport with prospective buyers and delivering a customer-first sales experience.
- Process & Compliance: Presenting vehicle finance and add-on products while maintaining high accuracy with paperwork.
- Showroom Standards: Ensuring the showroom and forecourt maintain high levels of vehicle presentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven sales experience (automotive sales preferred).
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Location: Must live locally to Ashford, Kent (within a 15-mile commute).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and a smart, professional appearance.
