- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00

What you will be doing:
- Customer Experience: Greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, arranging onward travel, and delivering smooth vehicle handovers.
- Workshop Liaison: Booking vehicles in, tracking workshop progress, and ensuring cars are ready at the promised time.
- Consultative Communication: Updating customers on vehicle progress and professionally discussing required repair sales.
Requirements: Previous Service Advisor experience, strong IT literacy, and exceptional communication skills.
Commutable Locations: Based in Bognor Regis, easily commutable from Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, and Arundel.
