Your Day‑to‑Day

Working in our high‑tech Andover bays, you will:

  • Carry out routine vehicle servicing, multi‑point safety inspections, and high‑quality mechanical maintenance.
  • Complete vital chassis, steering, suspension, braking system, tyre fitting, and exhaust work.
  • Utilize advanced workshop diagnostic tools and scanners to systematically troubleshoot, investigate, and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
  • Keep digital job cards updated and collaborate productively with a friendly service team to maintain a smooth workshop flow.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Credentials: Fully qualified with an industry‑recognized Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • The Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a busy workshop, garage, or fast‑fit setting.
  • The Tools: Your own toolkit to manage daily repair tasks.
  • The Drive: A dedicated work ethic, strong problem‑solving skills, and a genuine passion for expanding your diagnostic and fault‑finding expertise.
