What is in it for you:
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE) + OTE £38,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for retail and corporate customers, managing bookings, check-ins, and updates throughout the day.
- Creating accurate job cards for technicians and translating technical diagnostic reports into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
- Identifying upsell opportunities for essential maintenance, service plans, and accessories to consistently meet key targets.
- Managing the daily workshop workflow alongside service management to ensure work is completed on time and customer expectations are met.
- Processing customer payments, invoices, and managing precise warranty claim documentation in line with guidelines.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Aldershot, making it an easy commute from Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, and Fleet.
