What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (No Weekends!)

What you will be doing:
- Customer Care: Handling calls/emails, taking accurate bookings, and managing the reception area.
- Workshop Coordination: Managing the diary, allocating jobs based on technician skills, and keeping workflow on schedule.
- Parts & Estimates: Pricing repairs, ordering parts 2 days in advance, and obtaining customer authorization.
- Admin & Finance: Generating invoices, taking payments, and completing end-of-day reconciliations.
- Upselling: Promoting seasonal checks, fluid changes, and tyre replacements where appropriate.
What we need from you:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the automotive trade as a Service Adviser.
- Tech Savvy: Strong IT skills (Garage Hive or 1Link experience is a massive plus).
- Skills: Great problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a calm professional manner.
- Safety First: Compliance with H&S protocols, including wearing steel-toe boots in the workshop.
Commutable Locations: Based in Aldershot, easily commutable from: Farnborough, Guildford, Farnham, Camberley.
