Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £29,000 - £39,000 basic per annum (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + fair rotating Saturday rota

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Dealership Mechanic to join our brand-new workshop. You will be responsible for executing routine manufacturer servicing, safety repairs, digital Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and systematic diagnostic troubleshooting across passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Specialist (open to franchised, independent, fast-fit, or fleet backgrounds).
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- Valid DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Worcester Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Brand-new central position with rapid access via the M5 (Junctions 6/7), A449, and A44, offering smooth daily commutes across Worcestershire.
- Public Transport: Direct access via Worcester Foregate Street and Shrub Hill train stations alongside regional bus routes.
- Commutable From: Malvern, Droitwich Spa, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch, and Bromsgrove.
