Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
Are you an experienced Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to step off the tools and into a customer-facing role? We are seeking a Dual Service & Parts Advisor to serve as the vital link between our retail clients and the workshop team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serving as the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain diagnostic findings and repair scopes clearly.
- Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for genuine parts to keep active service, repair, and bodyshop jobs moving efficiently.
- Providing transparent estimates, fixed-price job invoicing, and customer updates to deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Utilizing your hands-on automotive background (ex-technicians strongly encouraged to apply) to uphold strict quality control standards.
Requirements
- Background as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and parts cataloguing.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Weybridge (Free secure on-site parking)
- Commutable From: Chertsey, Addlestone, Woking, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, and surrounding Surrey areas.
