Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader to join our front-of-house and workshop management team. You will take the lead in looking after 2 service advisors, ensuring seamless customer service, and utilizing your solid workshop knowledge to efficiently coordinate workflow, book in jobs, and bridge the gap between our customers and technicians.
Requirements
- Proven senior experience within a automotive service advisor, assistant service manager, or workshop controller role.
- Strong leadership skills with direct experience mentoring, supporting, or looking after a team of service advisors.
- Solid technical/workshop knowledge to effectively handle customer queries, schedule repairs, and interpret job cards.
- Exceptional customer service, organisation, and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
