Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

- Workload: Handling customer enquiries, booking vehicles for service/repairs, sourcing automotive parts, preparing accurate customer quotes, upselling extra maintenance items, managing job cards, and liaising directly with our workshop technician team

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Parts & Service Advisor for our busy Taunton location. You will manage customer check-ins, order automotive components, build precise service estimates, and collaborate directly with workshop technicians to deliver a smooth customer journey from intake to handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive customer service, service desk, or parts role.
- Proficiency with vehicle service software (TechMan, Autodata, or similar DMS platforms) and parts cataloguing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a practical understanding of general car repair processes.
- Excellent phone manner and customer relation skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

- Base: Taunton
- Road Links: Direct links to the M5 (J25), A358, and A361, making for straightforward daily travel across Somerset.
- Public Transport: Close to Taunton station and key municipal bus connections.
- Commutable From: Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater, Langport, Somerton, and Tiverton.
