- Salary: £30,000 – £43,500 OTE (Competitive Basic + Uncapped Bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview
Seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our busy aftersales team. As the key link between our customers and the workshop, you will manage the customer journey from drop-off to handover—delivering first-class service, managing work progress updates, and ensuring a premium experience at every step.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Receptionist role within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance, vehicle health checks, and aftersales processes.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
