Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

- Software: Experience with Garage Hive or modern DMS systems is helpful but not a deal breaker
- Workload: Front-of-house customer bookings, service check-ins, job sheet creation, parts coordination, customer progress updates, and collaborating with workshop technicians

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to lead front-of-house operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers—managing routine service bookings, repair consultations, vehicle health checks, and job cards alongside our workshop team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Service Receptionist.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with garage management software (Garage Hive is a plus, but not essential).
- Solid foundational understanding of general vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Valid UK driving licence.

- Base: Stroud Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic access via the A419 and M5 (Junction 13) for quick commutes across Gloucestershire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Stroud mainline train station and regular regional bus links.
- Commutable From: Stroud, Stonehouse, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Dursley, and Cirencester.
