Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)
- Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£300 - £600+ typical extra per month)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:30 (Early 7:00 AM start | Finish early at 4:30 PM | NO WEEKENDS)

- Training: Full official Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles manufacturer training (Caddy, Transporter, Crafter, ID. Buzz Cargo) plus Hybrid & EV certifications

Role Overview
Seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician / VAG Van Specialist to join our busy Volkswagen Van Centre, carrying out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electronic fault-finding, MOT prep, and hybrid/EV maintenance on light commercial vehicles.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in light vehicle or LCV servicing, mechanical maintenance, or diagnostics
- Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into a certified VAG Commercial Diagnostic Specialist
- Full UK driving licence & own tools
