Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + £4,000 annual team bonus (£34,000 – £39,000 Realistic OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full 1-hour lunch break | STRICTLY 100% WEEKEND-FREE)

Role Overview
Seeking an eager Vehicle Technician, Improver, or Trainee to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repair work while gaining hands‑on, paid training alongside Master Technicians to master advanced diagnostics.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served workshop experience).
- 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in an independent garage, main dealer, or fast-fit environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into high‑level diagnostics.
- Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly off the A21 / A26 corridors.
- Commutable From: Tonbridge (10 mins), Paddock Wood (15 mins), Sevenoaks (20 mins), Crowborough (20 mins), Maidstone (25 mins), and Pembury.
