Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS
- Perks: 20 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays (with 3 days held back for the annual Christmas shutdown), workplace pension scheme, and full uniform provided
- Workload: Specialist servicing, diagnostics, mechanical maintenance, and performance upgrades across Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, and related VAG models in a dedicated, enthusiast-driven workshop

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our specialist VAG performance workshop. You will handle routine maintenance, advanced diagnostic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and performance tuning work on a diverse range of Volkswagen Group vehicles in a supportive and professional environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served workshop experience).
- Proven experience working on VAG (Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda) vehicles or specialist performance setups.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and mechanical repair skills.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
