Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly with your experience level) + lucrative monthly bonus scheme (Up to £50,000 OTE)
- Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Prestige Vehicle Technician / German Car Specialist to join our busy, state-of-the-art workshop in Croydon. You will carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, advanced diagnostics, and fault-finding across prestige marques in a modern environment.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served workshop experience).
- Experience: Proven track record in mechanical servicing, repairs, and electronic diagnostics.
- Brand Focus: Hands-on experience working with prestige brands (BMW, VAG, Mercedes, or Land Rover preferred).
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Croydon area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position with excellent connections across South London and the Surrey border (A23 / A232 corridors).
- Commutable From: Croydon, Sutton, Mitcham, Bromley, Purley, Epsom, Caterham, Coulsdon, and Thornton Heath.
