Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly performance bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (08:30 – 17:00) + optional Saturday overtime (approx. 1 per month)

Role Overview
Seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / VAG Specialist to join our high-spec workshop team. You will be responsible for carrying out manufacturer-standard servicing, detailed vehicle health checks, diagnostic fault isolation, and mechanical repairs across sports cars, luxury marques, and performance models.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
- Minimum 3–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician, Auto Mechanic, or VAG Specialist (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda) or prestige equivalent.
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting, mechanical repair abilities, and complete tool confidence.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Nottingham Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position with rapid access via the A60, A52, and M1 (Junctions 24–26), offering smooth daily commutes across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
