Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your experience and front-of-house capability)

Role Overview
Seeking a dependable, experienced MOT Tester with front-of-house capability to join our busy team in Hildenborough. In addition to MOT testing and light repair work, you will play a key role running the front desk, taking customer bookings, ordering parts, and managing workshop operations when management is off-site.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Valid DVSA MOT Testing Licence & solid vehicle maintenance experience.
- Front of House Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident, professional customer-facing demeanor to handle bookings and advise motorists.
- Ownership & Initiative: Reliable, forward-thinking, and trustworthy enough to work autonomously and run daily operations when required.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Hildenborough, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Direct access via the B245 and A21 corridors, making for a quick and easy commute.
