- Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Guaranteed stable weekday hours with STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our independent workshop team in Maidenhead. You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical & electrical faults, perform routine servicing across a wide variety of makes and models, conduct safety inspections, and maintain precise digital job records.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time‑served equivalent) with a proven track record in a professional workshop
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
- Active MOT Tester licence or F‑Gas certification is preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic problem‑solving skills, pride in quality workmanship, and a collaborative team attitude
Location & Commute
- Base: Maidenhead (Modern, fully equipped 6‑bay workshop with free on‑site staff parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly off the M4 (J8/9) and A4 corridors, offering fast and straightforward daily commutes
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Maidenhead station (Elizabeth Line & Great Western Railway) alongside regular local bus routes
- Commutable From: Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, High Wycombe, Marlow, Reading, and surrounding Berkshire and Buckinghamshire regions
