Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35,000 basic per annum
- Hours & Shift Pattern: 4-Day Working Week (38 hours total) | Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM — EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY OFF

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior MOT & Servicing Mechanic with at least 6 months of hands-on garage experience to perform routine mechanical servicing, brake repairs, and assist our lead MOT Testers with maintenance work in a modern workshop.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of practical garage experience handling basic servicing and routine repairs.
- Aspiration: Strong ambition and desire to train towards becoming a fully certified DVSA MOT Tester.
- Mindset: Reliable, hardworking team player with a passion for learning from experienced technicians.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Lindfield / Haywards Heath area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic Mid-Sussex position directly off the A272 and A275 trunk roads, with quick links to the A23 northbound (Crawley/M23) and southbound (Brighton).
- Public Transport: Excellent mainline rail connections via Haywards Heath station, with regular local bus connections throughout the area.
