Want to work on supercars, prestige vehicles and performance cars without giving up your weekends?
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established, family‑run specialist workshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship.
This is an opportunity to move beyond routine workshop work, develop your diagnostic skills and work on a varied range of specialist and high‑value vehicles.
You'll have access to advanced diagnostic equipment, dealer‑level systems and manufacturer technical information, alongside the support of a knowledgeable team.

- Performance‑related bonus
- Guaranteed £1,000 annual salary increase
- 30 days' paid holiday, including bank holidays
- Monday to Friday – no compulsory weekend work
- Optional Saturday overtime at £20–£25 per hour
- Work on supercars, prestige, luxury and performance vehicles
- Advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technical information
- Ongoing technical development opportunities
- Supportive, experienced team

The Role
You'll work across a varied range of specialist vehicles, carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining prestige and performance vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Carrying out mechanical repairs and component replacement
- Using advanced and dealer‑level diagnostic systems
- Accessing and interpreting manufacturer technical information
- Investigating complex faults and identifying their causes
- Completing repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate job records
- Keeping the workshop safe, clean and professional
You'll be trusted to work methodically, take pride in your repairs and contribute to the high standards of the workshop.
About You
We're looking for an experienced technician with strong mechanical skills, a logical approach to diagnostics and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Motor Mechanic
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Good electrical fault‑finding skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A methodical approach to problem‑solving
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- A professional and reliable attitude
- A full UK driving licence
Never Worked on Supercars? That's Fine.
Experience with supercars, prestige or performance vehicles is desirable, but not essential.
If you've developed your skills in a main dealership, independent garage or another automotive workshop, we'd still like to hear from you.
Strong diagnostic ability, sound mechanical knowledge and pride in your work are more important than having worked on a particular badge.
You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your technical skills in a specialist environment.
Why Make the Move?
This role combines interesting technical work with a package designed to reward experience and long‑term commitment.
You'll benefit from a competitive basic salary, performance bonus, annual salary progression and generous holiday entitlement — while keeping your weekends free unless you choose to take on paid Saturday overtime.
If you're ready for a new challenge in a workshop where quality and technical ability matter, this could be the right next step.
