Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS
- Workday Perks: Enjoy a balanced daily schedule with a 30-minute lunch break PLUS two 15-minute paid tea breaks every day

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to carry out vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault diagnostics in a busy, modern, and friendly workshop.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or solid time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Strong hands-on skills in routine servicing, brakes, suspension, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Active MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but full training and licensing will be fully funded for the right mechanic!
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Haywards Heath / Mid Sussex area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic central position with rapid access via the A272, A23, and main Sussex commuter routes.
- Commutable From: Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Hassocks, Horsham, East Grinstead, Lewes, and Uckfield.
