Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your current experience level)
- Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS (Enjoy every single weekend completely off)

Role Overview
Seeking a motivated Junior / Apprentice PDI & Prep Technician who holds or is completing an NVQ Level 3 to join our busy preparation workshop in Haywards Heath. You will carry out vehicle inspections, routine servicing, and general mechanical prep on modern used cars alongside experienced technicians.
Requirements
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair required (or currently completing a Level 3 apprenticeship).
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on garage or workshop experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational skills in vehicle inspection, oil & filter servicing, brake checks, and minor mechanical prep work.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and desire to learn from senior specialists.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Haywards Heath area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic Mid-Sussex position with direct access via the A272 and A23 corridors for an easy commute.
- Commutable From: Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Lewes, East Grinstead, Crawley, Horsham, and Brighton.
