Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary & Earnings: £34,000 basic per annum + an uncapped efficiency bonus scheme (average team earnings exceeding £52,000)
- Earnings Guarantee: Guaranteed minimum earnings of £3,500 per month (£42,000 p.a. equivalent) for your first 3 months while you settle into the workshop
- Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with alternate Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview
Seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to carry out routine maintenance, vehicle health checks, diagnostic troubleshooting, and general mechanical repairs on modern franchised vehicles to full manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Proven experience performing routine servicing, inspections, and mechanical repairs in a professional workshop setting (main dealer experience is a bonus, but independent candidates are fully welcomed).
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence is highly beneficial, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.

- Base: Gravesend area
- Road Links: Prime location positioned immediately off the A2 trunk road, providing direct driving links to the M25 (Dartford Crossing), A20, and M2 corridors across North Kent.
